Repairs normally include software and/or hardware.
Any repair or replacement will undergo cost analysis. If the computer or item is not economically repairable it is likely we will recommend that the job should not be done. We may suggest that buying a new computer is more economical along with other possible reasons.

Hardware- This could be almost any removable item of the computer. It normally involves replacement instead of actual repair. Due to the way products are made it is almost impossible to really repair anything. We can replace Modems, hard drives, CD-Roms and even mother boards. However, motherboard replacement is usually not recommended due to price.

Software- This is the most likely means of actual repair. If software can not or will not repair the problem the particular device will most likely be replaced.
